Attorneys - At BAL you will have the opportunity to work closely with partners, senior attorneys and other immigration staff to manage an expansive and diverse caseload, gain management skills and develop long-lasting client relationships. BAL welcomes attorneys in the fields of U.S. and global immigration, particularly those with special credentials and a zest for client service. Our professionals come from all backgrounds and bring a variety of experience and knowledge to our offices.
Immigration Assistants, Paralegals and Global Migration Advisors - Immigration assistants (IAs), paralegals (PLs) and global migration advisors (GMAs) play a vital role at BAL. Our IAs, PLs and GMAs work collaboratively in teams with our attorneys and professional staff by assisting in all phases of case preparation, including gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information and preparing legal documents.
Professional Staff - BAL also provides an innovative, interesting work environment for professionals who assist in the business of law - from financial analysis and human resource functions to information services and marketing and business development.
